The Town of East Hampton approved a plan to divide the historic 20.5-acre former Sherrill Dairy property among three local farms, including Changing Tides, which was selected to lease a portion of the land. The farm will use this space to provide equine care, hands-on horsemanship, therapeutic programs, and educational opportunities for youth and adults, while also helping to preserve valuable agricultural land and support community initiatives.
